Our Story

If there was ever a time to lean into the influence of compassionate, socially responsible, and courageous leaders, it was when the pandemic rocked our world in March 2020. As our founding team considered how to forge ahead faithfully in our own leadership, we set out to create a platform to amplify the wisdom of remarkable people in our community who embodied what it looks like to model servant leadership.

Throughout the pandemic, we steadily grew a meaningful leadership community by delivering short podcast episodes and other mixed media content designed to educate and inspire. Our LinkedIn community grew organically by the hundreds, we gained consistent audience growth with thousands of downloads, our hosts were invited to speak on leadership on various stages, and our podcast was even identified in the top 10% out of 2.2 million globally on Listen Notes.

After our first year of podcasting, we formed intentional partnerships to serve the B-Corp and Conscious Capitalism movements as well as other organizations specifically designed to serve a higher purpose to elevate humanity. It started to become evident that we had cultivated authentic relationships through this platform that expanded our opportunities to create impact and deeper social connections with business leaders who used influence as a force for good.

Fast forward to closing out 2022 where we’ve now produced hundreds of podcast episodes with influential leaders for our clients and built a huge network of influence that will continue to fuel our growth into our bright future.
