At the core of my work is helping global business, communications, and people leaders create meaningful engagement with their teams and customers. Together with my wonderful colleagues at Chat With Leaders Media and People First Elevation Team, we deliver all-hands meeting support, content, podcasts, creative, cross-cultural training, speaker coaching, and strategic advisory solutions. We are committed to unlocking the power of inclusive storytelling, shared experiences, leadership development, and mixed media to help our clients authentically connect with their most important stakeholders.

Our core values—Partnership, Inclusion, and Empowerment—guide everything we do. By fostering strong partnerships, embracing diverse perspectives, and equipping leaders with the tools to succeed, we aim to transform the way people engage while achieving meaningful work.

Outside of work, I cherish time with my wife and three children, balancing my roles as a husband and father with my professional life in Atlanta, GA. Let's connect and explore how we can create impactful media solutions for your business.

Jeff sits down with Stan Tucker, Founder of Leap for Literacy, Author of “Stan The Man”, and Host of the YouTube children’s program “The Very Airy Library” to talk about his entrepreneurial journey, persisting through obstacles, big breaks with Zac Brown, and impacting our future generations by helping them fall in love with acts of kindness and literacy.

More About Stan

Stanley Tucker, also known as Stan The Man, has a mission to spread kindness through literacy with his non-profit, Leap For Literacy, and inspire storytelling through his Children’s Show, The Very Airy Library. At a young age, Stanley experienced heartbreak when his beloved father tragically passed away. Stanley’s late father was described as an ambitious and hardworking spirit who his son was fortunate enough to be able to feel. Although it was a short time, Stanley having such an impactful role model gave him the same thrill for life and desire to make a difference in others’ lives. With that same drive, he is picking up where his father left off with the continuous support of his teachers, uncles, and his community. Stanley strives to become an impactful part of the community himself by writing relatable and inspiring stories for children to hopefully inspire them to write their own and teaching them the importance of connecting with others through kindness!
