Make Failure Your Friend

We all have experienced failure; the difference is what you do with your failure. Do you take the failure and learn from it or do you beat yourself up over it? Those that shift their mindset to embrace failure by taking responsibility for it, self-reflecting, and asking for feedback from trusted mentors, peers, and collaborators will recover from the failure more confident, knowledgeable, and successful. Those that relive their failures without learning will risk deflating their own confidence and repeating their mistakes in the future.
