Named one of 2023’s Top HR Tech Podcasts and a SHRM & HRCI recertification provider, The Cooleaf Podcast (fka: “The Great Retention”) has delivered valuable HR content along with countless top workplace leaders from Github to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Cooleaf has an additional content marketing piece that engages potential customers. It also lends authority to their approach, and gives more opportunity to get their brand out there.

How Morehouse School of Medicine Used Stories During a Time of Crisis to Support Healthcare Professionals

Goal:

As an institution, Morehouse School of Medicine understood its role in supporting future healthcare professionals, especially during a time of high health crisis. Their President and CEO Dr. Valerie Montgomery Rice, MD, FACOG set out to capture leadership lessons learned due to COVID-19, showcasing diverse global leaders as guests.

Results:

The first season of Danforth Dialogues showcased guests ranging from Dr. Rochelle Walensky, Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to Mayor Andre Dickens, the 61st Mayor of the City of Atlanta, which were both covered in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Episodes boldly dove into topics from healthcare inequity, the impact of Wellstar’s closure in Atlanta, and women’s influence in public policy. Episodes are recorded in front of a live audience to create both an in-person event experience and on-demand listening experience.

How B Local Georgia Leads by Showcasing Purpose-Driven Businesses Making Profit

Goal:

Nathan Stuck is the Director of Culture & Impact at Ad Victoriam Solutions, a Salesforce consultancy and certified B Corporation headquartered in Alpharetta is also the co-founder and chair of B Local Georgia, a nonprofit network of for-profit B Corps working together to build the ‘business for good’ B Corp community in the Peach State. He wanted to share the amazing stories from other purpose driven, thriving businesses to inspire others.

Results:

The B the Change Georgia show not only helps connect other Georgia businesses and share their stories, but it also drove more potential businesses to this growing network to be B Corps Certified. It also offered a space for host Nathan Stuck grow thought leadership. He’s now a TED Talk speaker and leader in the Southeast B Corps movement.

Breaking Down Healthcare Information Barriers with Opua Agency CEO & Founder

Goal:

Shavonne Reed, Founder & CEO of Opua Agency, sought to change our approach to understanding the public health crises threatening the livelihoods of our families and our communities. From mental health, generational poverty, inadequate nutrition access, and rising healthcare costs, Shavonne wanted to highlight what are healthcare professionals doing now for a better future and how younger generations can embody these lessons learned.

Results:

Shavonne grew her show and laucnhed a non-profit with the Future Heath NOW Foundation. The organization’s committed to improving health and financial literacy in underprivileged communities and provide programming to increase awareness and drive behavioral change to foster generational health and wealth. Her episodes highlighting Gen Z voices are some of the most popular and impactful for healthcare audiences.

Soyini Coke, CEO Exclusive Founder, along with the Conscious Capitalism Atlanta chapter, set out to emphasize the business side of purpose-driven organizations. While we value and have an emotional connection to strong mission and values, consumers and business leaders still need to tie it back to profit. This show would bring that to the forefront.

Results:

Capitalism Done Right hosted several guests from Jerome Russell, President of H. J. Russell & Company and Russell New Urban Development, LLC to Stephanie Stuckey CEO of Stuckey’s Corporation. Highlighting various industries and sharing lessons learned resulted in new opportunities for the Conscious Capitalism ATL community, including partnerships and a spot at an upcoming conference.


How this Entrepreneur Connected Creative Lives to the Commercial World

Goal:

Frame Brain founder Jessica Matthews sought to lead the conversation in how unconventional individuals navigate productivity and creativity in the commercial world. Working with Chat with Leaders, she launched “How I Create Me” to offer insights into crafting unique identities and skills through engaging conversations.

Results:

“How I Create Me” promoted the Frame Brain’s own mission and highlighted an array of individuals in different industries, from AI, to dance, and cake decorating. Top downloads for episodes included exercising your creativity muscle and taking on a 9-5 to be creative.

Goal:

Cyber security is an important topic for everyone to truly understand, no matter if you’re part of an organization or looking after your personal accounts. Security firm Aware Force partnered with Chat with Leaders Media to create approachable content to use int their marketing and community building.

Results:

Smarter CISOs covered topics like how to engage your employee’s role in your overall company security to why we fall for phishing scams. Approaching cyber security that asked and answered frequently asked questions, provided an additional offering to their own multimedia marketing content.
