I help people-first businesses create content that strengthens relationships, fuels engagement, and drives impact. At Chat With Leaders Media, I work with communications, people, and marketing teams to produce compelling podcasts, event content, and leadership messaging. Through the People First Elevation Team (PFET), I help transform company meetings into high-impact experiences that inspire action and connection. I also serve on the Conscious Capitalism Atlanta Chapter Board, championing storytelling and relationship-driven leadership. Outside of work, I’m passionate about faith, family, and helping leaders use their influence for good.

In today’s episode, Jeff Bond chats with Tanya Coventry-Strader, Interim Executive Director at Mothers & Others for Clean Air, an organization working to protect children’s health by reducing the impacts of air pollution and climate change throughout the Southeast.  Tanya Coventry-Strader is a purpose-driven social impact and communications leader. After a corporate career that included executive roles at Time Warner, Carter’s, and Build-A-Bear Workshop, she founded Brand + Purpose, a consultancy helping companies define, articulate, and activate their purpose by aligning their values, culture and brand equity to find cost-effective ways to put social impact to work for the organization as well as society.

Tanya talks to Jeff about the relationship between brand building, social impact work, and purpose work, and the importance of creating a corporate strategic giving plan, which aligns with a company’s core values and connects authentically with stakeholders.
