He is a seasoned strategist, question-asker, and pattern noticer with over 15+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, purpose alignment, and transformation. Jonathan helps leaders unlock clarity, unravel complexity and elevate the impact they bring to their team, their business, and the world. His work spans many industries and covers public and private, big and small, for-profit and nonprofit, and government.
